NetSprocket lets you play games with other players over an AppleTalk or TCP/IP network.
System Software Requirements
To use NetSprocket, you must have Mac OS 8.1 or later installed.
Installation Instructions
Drag the NetSprocket file you downloaded from the Web to your System Folder (it will automatically be placed in the appropriate location). You do not need to restart after installing this file.
The NetSprocket file you need to install is:

A note on game names
When you are hosting a game with NetSprocket you provide a name for the game in the host dialog. This name is advertised over the network so that other NetSprocket games can find it. There are a few characters that have special meaning and should not be used in game names. These characters are:
* - asterisk
≈ - option x
/ - forward slash
@ - at sign
: - colon
